Project Goal
We wish to complete the remodeling of our existing bathroom in a timely and efficient manner. This is all in hopes that the final design and color schemes mend well and create a beautiful room that will be enjoyed for years to come between my wife and I.
Problem/Opportunity Definition
Existing materials and structures are old and unappealing. Mold and mildew reoccur on walls due to older used paint. Ventilation fan is outdated and noisy. Tub faucet leaks.
Proposed Solution
Replace materials with new and repaint walls. Replace ventilation fan as well. Replace tub faucet and pipes.
