Purpose
To remove, with the exception of the toilet, all old materials from existing bathroom and replace with new materials.

2. Replace piping in shower wall
3. Tile the shower/tub and flooring
Out of scope activities that are critical to the success of the project
Be able to dispose of the tub in my complex dumpster.
Deliverables
This project is to create a new design for the bathroom.  The new paint will lighten up the room.  The new ventilation fan will be more energy efficient and quieter.  The tile design will be more modern with earthy undertones that resemble natural stones.  The look and feel is to cultivate an outside ensemble indoors.

Assumptions
Assumption: That the project will be complete by end of day 3.
Impact if assumption is incorrect: Will have to extend an extra day.  This is our only bathroom so each day it is not in function causes an inconvenience plus additional factors of stress.  My parents have been kind enough to lend us their bathroom until ours is finished.
